Optegy is headquartered in Hong Kong with international operations developing solutions for clients in Japan, Singapore, Korea,
Malaysia, Macau, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia. Recent
projects have included delivering significant energy savings to hotels,
universities, office buildings, telcos and shopping malls. We are happy to provide further

Optegy believes in working together with clients to tailor a solution to suit
each client's individual needs and circumstances. We will partner
with other providers to offer a total energy solution, whilst remaining product
independent. We can assist in selecting "best of breed" products and

Jon Seller is a veteran of the energy industry bringing over 25 years of
experience in energy management and facility management in
Asia-Pacific. He has held senior management in international

his career Jon Seller has developed and managed the implementation of
energy solution projects of up to US$10 million and managed facility
portfolios of up to 3,500 buildings.
Jon Seller holds an MBA and is a Past-President of the Hong Kong chapter
of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). He is a
member of the
American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers
(ASHRAE) and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
